Tom Chivers at Streatham & Brixton Chess Club blog has written a series of great articles documenting how he has improved his chess strength in one season by 23 ECF points after being at the same level for a number of years. Yes, I agree, that's a great series. He even convinced me to buy the two Rowson books he mentions.
